The Industrialized Housing Summit speaker lineup welcomes two more panels featuring incredible guests
John Cerone, Principal at SHoP Architects will be joined by Ben Hershey, CEO of 4Ward Solutions Group; Walter Stender, Director of Systems Engineering & Modernization at Silver Creek Modular; and Vikas Enti, Co-Founder & CEO at Reframe Systems to discuss what the developer, builder, and factory should each own - and what they should stop trying to own.
Chris Krager, Founder & Principal at KRDB and Ma Modular, will moderate a session exploring how we turn fragmented demand into predictable factory utilization.
“The demand fragmentation problem is really an ecosystem problem,” says Krager. “Until we treat the full lifecycle - from project conception through post-occupancy - as a shared, open infrastructure, we’re all optimizing our own corner of a broken system.”
Krager will be joined by panelists Felicity Maxwell, Executive Director of Texans for Housing; Justin Murray, VP of Business Development at StudioBuilt; Dan Hardcastle, former Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and CEO of BuildTrust; and Adam Hootnick, CEO of Housing Growth Partners.
We'd also like to take a moment to thank this year's Industrialized Housing Summit sponsors; Autodesk, International Code Council, and Strategic Channel Partners; Modular Building Institute, Structural Building Components Association, Housing Innovation Alliance, National Institute of Building Science, and the International Mass Timber Conference.
